How to Bake Easy Lovely Chicken Breasts



Chicken breasts can be tender and delicious without causing harm to your health. A skinless chicken breast without needlessly added fat is low in fat and high in protein. The best part is that where baked chicken breasts are concerned, you do not have to sacrifice good taste in order to eat a healthy meal.  


Using a sensible amount of garlic and spices and with the appropriate treatment, you will be able to bake chicken breasts that are delicious, juicy and best of all, healthy.   

Here are my cooking instructions for my Easy Chicken Breasts recipe:

Pour two containers of low fat sour cream in a large enough bowl so that you can effortlessly immerse the chicken breasts and set them aside, do the same thing again but with bread crumbs this time.

Use cold tap water to wash the meat, put them on a dry, clean countertop or a cutting board and then pat them dry with paper towels or napkins.

Use the mallet to tap lightly on each breast, ensuring not to pound on them too hard because the mallet will cause the meat to tear.

Immerse each chicken breast into low fat sour cream, turning them until they are coated completely. 

Put each breast back into the bread crumbs, until they are covered completely and then put them on a heated pan.

Sprinkle onion powder and garlic over each piece of chicken; the onion powder and garlic are completely optional. The onion powder can be used more liberally but the garlic powder can be overpowering if you use too much.

Cover up the pan with foil or a lid and put it in the oven. It should take no longer than 45 minutes to an hour to cook the chicken breast.  You may be required to flip the chicken breasts once to make sure both sides are brown. 

Check your chicken breast to see if they are browned on the top, after about 30 minutes. If so, flip over the chicken breasts.

Use a meat fork to prick the breasts to find out if they are done. If the juices are clear, they are finished. A knife can also be used to cut into the chicken. When the meat is white and, the chicken breasts are done.

chicken breat with potatoesTake baked chicken breasts from the pan and put them on a large plate or serving platter. They can be eaten by themselves or served with potato wedges, steamed vegetables or any side dish of your choice.
